    Uneven pectoral muscle

Heres another question for you guys!
What exercises are best for strengthening and building up an underdeveloped pec? My left pec is VERY underdeveloped, I'm talking flat. My right pec is bigger (not huge) but more filled out. I've tried pec flies, but due to my left side being so deformed I have a hard time using alot of weight. Do you have to go heavy on pec flies? Hope not, because its very hard to go heavy for me. What else can I do? I believe it's holding back my lifting potential (sp?) and I want to know what can help!
    Thanks for any replies!
    Godbless, Tony

I would try doing dumbell presses .... both flat and incline. This should allow some balance between both pecs. You'll probably still have some imbalance though (genetics).

go as heavey as you can but make sure you are keepin your form 100% in time they will "evern" out but just dont go so heavey that your form suffers as this is usley the main reasn for unevern muscle growth
