quick question, how much water should i drink in day and how much per drink ?

    hi there

ive been into bbing on and off...never realyl doing all that much weights (in general) and have become somewhat lazy since i stopped 'working out' 6 montha ago, and i jsut signed to the gym and wanna start losing weight and looking better

now just some simple question's about water

how much am i meant to drink in a day ?

ive heard 4-5 litres is the norm when doing weights...i believe when i worked out i was only taking in 3 litres or so and other factors made me less motivated which made me quit...anyway ..

how much water ( is reccomended ) are you meant to drink each time you go for one ? hopefully u understand where im coming from ?

like i know i should restrict myself with drink 400ml every 1 hr...but just give me an estimate

your help would be much appreciated...thanks alot

EDIT : disregard the stats below...havent been updated for 6 months

Drink atleast one gallon a day. Spread it out through the hours. You should be fine with that.

Drink about 4-5 litres a day. 6 maxium, depending on levels of activity & diet. On non training days I drink 4-5 litres, & the same on training days. Too much water can be dangerouse, so be wise & stick to the recomendations.
