So I noticed over the past few days that I have a slightly sore right nipple. There is a bump under the nipple that has been there since I was a teen, but it has gone down over the years. I am 23 now. I am 5weeks into the test booster. I was told to look into DIM. I am not sure what that is besides an anti estrogen substance. Any help and guidance would be good.

I would stop the test booster, and get a SERM like nolvadex - Tamoxifen. It may not be necessary though, I would just stop the test booster and see if it stops getting sore after a few days.

The pain went away within 2 days. The lump has gradually decreased but is still there. I have had significant increase in body fat around my chest, especially in the nipple area. My chest used to be very lean and muscular, now I just hate them.
What I find weird is the lump and pain occured 2 weeks after finishing a bottle of blue rhino. So maybe that was my test levels returning to normal and my estrogen levels remaining high?
Not sure what happaned. All I can say is stay away from "natural" test boosters unless you really need them (30+ years of age).
I took blue rhino to get that extra edge. Instead of moving forward in my progress, I took 4 steps backwards.

nope.
Its funny, seems like we experienced the same symptoms around the same time.
Some people recommended me taking Rebound but Ive heard of way too many problems associated with products like these.
Im going to a hormone doctor pretty soon to have blood work done. Ill let ya know how it works out.

i think im going to taper off it instead of just dropping it. i know i have read that this is not needed, but i dont want to chance it. this is strange because i didnt think this was possible on tboosters (getting gyno). i will keep an eye on this for the next few weeks to see if there are any chance.

Damn that sucks, I didn't think "natural testosterone boosters" would cause gynecomastia, but nowadays they're ruling like everything as a possible cause for gyno.
I think your best bet would be to see an endocrinologist and get your bloodwork done, and then move from there. Stop the gyno in it's tracks now or soon, because the longer it's there, the harder it is to make it go away.
goodluck guys

I had to go but that was about 10 months ago and I was 16 so I never had to deal with the price and all of it, my parents dealt with all that fortunately. What you can do is go to your regular MD and ask for a reference to a known endocrinologist, better yet an endocrinologist that specializes in reproductive endocrinology.
Goodluck and don't get too worried about it, stress never helps
