I have been taking Optimum Nutrition whey for 2 years now and I don't think I can stomach another one. I have tried all the flavours at least once. I am looking for a change now, but I don't know which whey to go.
Any suggestions ?

If you want a cheaper, but nearly as equally effective i'd say get a whey/concentrate blend.
The isolates are a little more expensive. I'd personally recomend Dymatize because i have used the product along with ON whey and they are both good products and beat the budget.

well if it's the taste you can't stomach, i'd recommend trying something delicious like syntha-6 or muscle milk for a while... chocolate mint chip muscle milk or cookies and cream syntha-6 are two flavors i could never get sick of

Have you tried Nutrisports 90+? Great price for WPI and casein which makes it superior to ON.

I used it a couple of years ago. It didn't mix well and didn't taste even tolerable... like washing powder mixed with water. I don't know if they have improved it but if it is like last time I tried it then I don't really want to go near it.Originally Posted by DinoT1985

What flavour? The bananas the only one thats nice. Have a look at Reflex Fusion for another blend choice. CNP also does ProPeptide in 5lb bags which works out cheaper.Originally Posted by InclineVet
