I just started a Keto cut 5 days ago. Everything about this diet is great except I am having constipation problems and then like 3 to 4 hours later I am experiencing severe diarhea. I always just figured that it was my body getting used to the new foods. Is this correct? Has anyone else experienced this while on Keto? i would really like it to stop. Does anyone have any suggestions? All serious answers will be repped. Thank you all for your time and help.

ive never had these problems while starting my keto diet. perhaps its the quality of the meat you are having? this is just a guess though--my main sources are chicken and beef. in all honesty i have experienced the complete opposite: no stomach pains or hunger strikes when i wake up, and an overall feeling of being full.
or maybe you had a meal such that it was not cooked all the way and you are suffering from food poisoning. i am not quite sure.

If you attempt a Keto diet with a low fat intake, then you can expect some nightmarish problems in the potty. Up your intake of whole eggs, butter, heavy whipping cream, etc......

If anything, my problems have gone away on keto diet. I used to always get bloated and stomach problems, ****ting once or twice a day, when I was on a high carb diet.
Now, my stomach is almost always settled and I take a **** maybe every other day or so. I would normally be concerned, but I never feel constipated or anything. I eat a lot of veggies and fatty cuts of meat.
