When i inhail i can inhail 80%. Im not sure if this makes sense or not. But try to inhail and when you get to the top of your inhail mine just goes back down. I cant get a deep breath. This is hard to explain. But if you understand what im talking about. Any ideas what this might be from? I was thinking it might be my diet. If this makes no sense please tell me
does it seem like something is blocking your airways? are you weezing? do you smoke? do you have asthma? any recent injuries to the chest? any other abnormal things happening?
You may have mitral valve prolapse. My Mom has it and I probably have it to. Does your heart ever 'flutter'? This site is the best websie I found for it. http://www.consciouschoice.com/1995-...93/hmd093.html Also, if you have fibromylgia, you could be at risk because 75% of people who have fibromylgia have mitral valve prolapse. I have fibromylgia AND Lupus AND my mom has it so I probably do too.
I do not know how diet would affect the condition you are talking about, but it might be that i dont understand it. So when you take a deep breath and get almost to the top, you start losing air? Im sorry what u said above doesnt amke a lot of sense to me.
You might be suffering from a mild form of asthma or even croupe pops up every now and again, when you inhale does it make a weezing or slighty grunting sort of noise?
I wouldn't wig out over it or anything, but you may want to consult a physician. I have asthma and is was much worse as a child. The shortness of breath may be due to this, and I've even heard doctors refer to athletic asthma, which only surfaces during exercise or some similar activity. It's probably nothing I think everyone has a bout or two every now and again with the inability to catch that wonderful big breath. Unless you're turning blue around the lips don't panic.
