I have been training since about 7-8th grade. My dad had always motivated me to build a physique that I could be proud of. It wasn't until high school football, that I really kicked my training into high gear. As a DE in a large school in central Texas, I had to put on a lot of mass. Unfortunately, I also put on a lot of fat. Since high school, I have made it my mission to build a body that is healthy, strong, and is aesthetically pleasing.

I worked on bulking back up for about 2 months, and while the diet wasn't perfect, it was pretty clean. (you?ll see my beginning pictures in the next post)
Diet
In my opinion diet is by far the most important part of a successful cut. I have never been a big fan of developing macros. Instead I focus on the timing and types of foods that I eat. I eat about every 2-3 hours, and do a good job of eating nutritious foods that are high in protein and fats. For this log, I will not eat fast digesting (white) carbs with exception of a few post workout to spike insulin.
Through this log I will allow carbs to be eaten in the morning, before workout and after workout. I will try to taper down my carbs toward the end of the log.
Actual Diet will change daily, because of my changing schedule... aka classes, studying, ect. I'll do my best to post it in its entirety daily.
Training
I isolate different muscle groups, but will follow is plan similar to this. I will keep a record of weights used for lifts to keep track of changes. I meant to use my Polar F6 heart rate monitor last log, but because of some issues, I was unable to do so. However, this time I'll be using it daily to gauge my workouts. It will be helpful using this product to record total workout time/calories burned/max heart rate. <= will be good because this is a product with stimulants
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back/Lowerback/Legs
Wednesday- Shoulders
Thursday- Chest/Tri
Friday- Guns baby!
Saturday- Long distance cardio
I do HIIT on occasion, and will let you guys know when I do it.

Also, to speed up the fat burning process, I will work hard to drink at least a gallon of cold water each day.

man you know what... am/pm worked really well for me last time, and don't get me wrong, EPH looks badass... but for the most part... i think i've found a very effective fatburner that works well for me. My workout was pretty great today, and the energy was way up there. Do you have a log or anything for eph?

Just Walked today... absolutly beautiful day in Texas... it was 70... so i just walked and jogged the hill in my neighborhood 3x

Sunday is the toughest day of the week for me (which i hate... miss going to church on sudays)... but i wake up at 5:00am... then work till 2:15, drive to my college (where i'm at until friday) and then work 5:00pm- 9:00 as a tutor and then play corec softball at 10:00... after its all said and done... its one long day...
