Sorry if this question has been asked alot or if it's a noob question.
Awhile ago someone on this site gave me a great link for a site that tracks what you eat everyday and the cardio that you have done etc, but I stopped working out for a period of 4 months(due to medical reasons) and reformated my computer and lost the bookmark... it had a dropdown list to select foods from and a very simple interface. If someone could please send me that link again I would GREATLY appreciate it.
