after reading what some of you guys said about uni-liver i bought some. yesterday i took six with my lunch, worked out, and then six w/ dinner and the results were crazy. i did a killer shoulder/trap workout and 6 sets of calf raises and no soreness today at all. not only that but some soreness i had in my chest and back completely vanished today. i'm sold on them now, even though they're nasty as hell to choke down.

bump on that, ever sice i started taking them i felt an improvement in my upper body,noticably, my tri's and shoulders.

rdogg, yea they help give you energy too (not a quick jolt like caffeine or ephedrine if that's what you're looking for though). i am using universal's uni-liver.

bump that, liver tabs make me feel grrrreat! The anti-fatigue during cardio is what I notice the most (I feel like a machine). I noticed I had to take quite a few to get noticable energy 12+ tabs per day.
At first I was skeptical, but now I'm a believer...

You guys are talking about desicated liver? What are we, back in the eighties or something? I would never knowingly consume a concentrated liver tablet, knowing that the liver is the bodies filter and all kinds of toxins and impurities collect there. But hey, that is just my 2 cc's.

Liver is awesome. The best nutritional food known to man. 500 for $10-11, that's awesome. Best bargain in supplements. I've taken Beverly's($45) and Universal's($11). Both work great. What a bargain for Universal. Watch how many you take when you start. I couldn't leave the house for 2 days because I stunk so bad. Ease into them or BeWaRe.
