looks 6-7% to me easy - you have to take lighting into account - the lighting in those pics isnt the best for showing overall definition and cuts.Originally Posted by bbjeff86

Better (flattering) lighting.
I just use the caliers to track my progress. If their measurements go down, I am happy. My bf% doesn't really matter as most calculations are inaccurate.
