    have u ever wondered what these are and wether u shud include them into ur routine..?

    well, i've done my research about Plyometrics and i have listed all their exercises with videos (they're small videos)

    1.) Death Jumps

    exrx is such a great site. dont know how i would have worked out without it.

    yo can u do a plyometrics workout/schedule with another wrokut/schedule, i.e. for me a muscle building schedule.
