Shock Therapy.
Having been an avid NO xplode fan these past couple of months imagine my surprise the first time I took some of this.
My buddy had the Fruit Punch flavor and being a skeptic of anything fruit punch I was expecting a mouthful of Rat urine....didn't happen.
I was amazed at how good the taste was. Not only was it not bitter but it didn't taste like fruit punch flavored crap.
The energy and pumps were awesome. I would equate them to my first few times on NO xplode but with a bit of an added edge.
Not only was my focus better but I cut my time in between sets by about 20 seconds and increased my lifts by 5-10 pounds per exercise.
I plan to rotate Shock Therapy into my routine once this tub of NO xplode is gone. If these results are consistent I plan to make a switch.
I have also tried the Animal Pak and like it but tend to build my own Animal Pak to tailor it more to my needs/wants. I do recommend it to some of the noobs I help train.

G Diesel or anybody,
What is the real advantage of taking UNI Liver. Im taking x-factor right now, and that requires a lot of protein and aminos to build muscle. Is uni liver something by looking at it, just a whole bunch of aminos? Why is it so cheap when all the other amino products are really expensive.
Whats the difference? I think im going to get a 500 cap tub, since its only like 12 bucks.….

Shock Therapy is the shiznit...all I have to say is that shiznit is the shiznit! My strength went up on the first try. I noticed the increase in strength when I did seated machine rows. I pyramid my sets from 12 down to 6 for 4 sets. Last week and the weeks before I was only able to crank out 6 reps on my fourth set but yesterday I was able to do 12...kinda nuts if you ask me. My focus was really on point as well. Rest in between sets was shorter and the energy was off the charts. I was speed walking all over the gym. I felt kinda mean also, I wasn't acting mean towards anyone but I knew inside that I was mean that day. Shiznit I tell you!

Universal Storm!
This stuff tastes awesome! (grape flavor) I have tried every kind of creatine out there, and nothing was as consistent as this stuff. I gained atleast 10 lbs the first container I went through, and I'm now on my 3rd. I can't imagine using any other creatine. I usually add AAKG bulk powder with it, and it literally gets me hyped-up for the gym like you wouldn't believe.

When you are trying to get big, creatine is a must and Storm is the most effective creatine product I've ever used. I drink mine while I train mixed with Shock Therapy, Nitro G and 24 oz. of water. Shock Therapy is my current favorite Universal product. I’m not usually much of a pre-workout energizer fan...but this stuff works great. It tastes good, and provides an excellent pump. My focus is great while on it, and it works really well when stacked with Storm. I also set quite a few PRs while using this product.
Striving for quality in everything that I do.

Real Gains:
I recently ordered the chocolate flavor of Real Gains (6.85 pounds), just before finding out the strawberry was coming out . Price comparison, it is one of the cheaper gainers around, and has an impressive profile for a gainer. Universal Nutrition made a well-balanced product, that is worth consideration for people who are trying to pack on a few pounds.
The blend of proteins in a gainer is a big plus in my book, and the presence of fiber in Real Gains isn't something I commonly see in weight gainers. A typical weight gaining shake is just straight whey concentrate and maltodextrin (or similar carbohydrate source). By using both whey and casein proteins, the absorbtion of Real Gains is slowed down to an extent. Additionally, the fats profile of this product is nice - flaxseed and Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT's).
I have used both Cytosport's Cytogainer and Universal Nutrition's Real Gains, and will be using Real Gains in the future. Cytogainer has the distinct advantage in the flavors (more choices), however the price and nutritional profile of Real Gains does win the gold. I am through about 3/4 of the tub now, and in that time span have gained 3-4 pounds (without the belly!). Used in conjunction with a well-planned diet and exercise program, I think Real Gains is a excellent way to 'tip the scales'.Last edited by TinyMan; 03-31-2006 at 01:33 AM.

bull****'s getting deep
I'm going to give an honest straightforward answer. My favorite Universal Nutrition Product is Storm. Why? Because it works, and because it tastes good. I've taken creatine products that don't work (Wieder's Creatine Monohydrate Pills) and creatine products that taste like crap (Bulk Powdered Creatine Ethyl Ester), as well as creatine products that taste like crap and don't work (GNC's Creadrive). Storm is the only product that has worked for me.

Animal Pak
I'm brand new to the craft of bodybuilding. I approached my brother, a long time bodybuilder, and asked him to give me the best possible product to help me get started on this road. For my birthday- he presented me with Animal Pak. Now, I've always been skeptical of all the stuff he's taken in his life- but when I started taking Animal Pak and hitting the gym afterwards, I felt a HUGE difference. There is no doubt that this stuff is for real and a must for anyone who is either a veteran of the sport or just starting out like me. The rush I get from putting up more and more weight as I go through the painful weeks makes me realize that I like this path- and Animal Pak will be with me along the whole way. Best birthday present ever.
