Here's a workout you can do man.
Body Weight Squats 2x 50,50
Body Weight Calf Raises on a stair edge 2x50,50
Pushups 3x40,30,20 Have only about 20-30 secs between sets
Bench Dips(you can do these on a chair) 2x20,20
Pull Ups 2x Failure
Crunches 2x25,25
I don't know how many of each you can do, so adjust according to how much you can do.

If you can hit the outdoors or find something resistive, do a strongman routine. You can find a million suggestions for what to do through a google search. You can increase your functional strength and build a hell of a lot of muscle at the same time.
An example might be, load up a wheel barrow with say 250 lbs. of anything. Push it as far as you can. Repeat. Lift Stones. etc.Our kind has never been seen before.
And when the last of us are gone,
We will never be seen again.
Because there is a secret behind our creation,
And secrets like this only come around once.

Why are no weights available? You could buy some 40 pound pounds of dog food and 20 pound bags and do side lateral raises, curls, and other things.
In addition you have one arm pushups, two arm pushups
one leg squats, two leg squats
chinups
dogfood bag curls and tricep extensions
dogfood bag side laterals
one arm overhead dog food bag lift if you wish
one arm dogfood bag row 40 pounds migh tbe enough for a beginner or for some work at least
the only problem area would be your lower back, you would probably need something heavier to work it, but if you are willing to stack dog food bags and lift like that even that will work.

Yea you could fill up gallon milk jugs with water and do numerous excersies with those. I'll give you a list for each bodypart.
Chest- Flys
Shoulders- Side or Front Raises.
Traps- Shrugs
Back- Not sure. But you can do pullups.
Abs- Weighted Crunches
Legs- Squats. Calf Raises.
There are many more you can do but that's all I felt like posting right now being that I just got up.
