Been working extremely hard, finally really focusing on my chest to bring it out. Starting to see some dang progress finally LOL.

Not really the best pictures but i want to contribute ive been training on and off for about a year and a few months. I had posted these on my face book so dont mind the writing.
Body building is kind of like building a car do you want to go fast or do you want reliabilty? You cant have both at the same time ( bad metaphor, all i got)
With that being said you have to pick one, bulk for mass or cut to tone and define your muscles.

Hey everyone, could you please vote for me on the link below (Lee Chilton)
physiqueoftheweek.com/fitness-competition/
I got into this shape in 7 months 100% naturally. if you could vote for me that would be a great help and a serious confidence boost as I am also training for the Mens Health magazine cover shoot 2013.
I will add my 7 month progress pics in a second, once I figure out how to do it :/
thanks to everyone that votes.

Just sharing my progress
Been looking at all you guys progress, I think I will share mine.
I think I work out enough. I just dont have the discipline to eat enough carbs or enough proteins. So my body just sort of maintaining itself. So all you guys that can gain so much mass...I am jealous...I wish I can do that.
I am 6 ft, 145 lbs. The first pic is probably 110 lbs top
