Good job man. Looks a lot like where i started and where im at now in about the same amount of time. Its awesome to see results, even if they are small. Ive been the skinny guy my entire life so even the smallest comment that i "look like ive put on some weight" really makes me feel good about my hard work.

11 months and 40 lbs of muscle later
I started lifting feburary 2013 when I was 5'9 125 lbs. Since then I have gone to the gym on average 6 days a week, but no less than 4. I am now 5'9 164 lbs. There is nowhere I love being more in the world than the gym
Starting bench: 115 lbs
Current bench: 210 lbs
I could only do 7 pull-ups last February, now I can do 23 dead hang wide grip
I hope this motivates the skinny guys like me out there. Genes only limit you so much.No weapon forged against me shall prosper, for i was born with Iron in my blood

3 Year transformation from Skinny to not bad long way to go
March 2011
65kg lifted for maybe 2 or 3 months. Enough said. Best pic I have
JAN 2012
About 1 year 2 months of lifting like a noob. About 75kg in first photo (taken in NOV 2011) and 77kg in the others (taken jan 2012)
MARCH 2013
84kg and from my history two months from here I was 91kg haha dirty bulk was dirty
27th July 2013
End of dirty bulk. 91.4kg here. Massive increase in short time, never again
JAN 2014
Been powerlifting for around a year nearly. 77.6kg here. 25 week or so diet since August 2013. Hard work paid off. Dropped from 4100 Calories to 2800. Now reversing for a year not adding much fat
Lighting isnt fantasic and cant pose for **** Abs need work for sure.Last edited by grant_mckinnon; 01-21-2014 at 03:49 PM.

Thanks for that dude, substances include creatine, arginine and glutamine and all the other bcaa, my legs are a work in progress as of my total hip replacement 1 year ago and was on crutches for about 9 month before I started to work out so that's allot of upper body training . I was addicted to amphetamine for afew years and lost over 40lb ov my normal weight and decided to turn my life around and hit the gym for about 4 hours a day every day for the first few month to help with my addiction, I was eating over 5000plus cals a day after a few weeks and the weight just never seamed to stop coming on so ran a few blood test and found out my thyroid is under active so that helped lots. Now am at a point I can't put any on at all and I see an endocrinologist every month or so to see what's happening, guess all the drug abuse in my past affected me in so many ways in the long run. I plan to take nothing illegal ever again it's a new life style and a total change everything is now falling into place ie relationship, sleeping, working and General life stuff, hope that helps ya out a little bit dude it's almost my full life story ha ha
