Five Month Transformation
Long time lurker, first time posting. I've been working hard for the past few months of this deployment, and trying to get the most out of my gym time, as well as the most out of my food (since options and quantities are limited). So far I've gained 28 pounds, and very little body fat. I do not have a body fat caliper, so it's just an estimate for my body fat percentage. I've split my workout into a five day rotation--Day 1: Chest/Tris, day 2: back/bis, day 3: legs/abs, day 4: shoulders, day 5: cardio/abs. I have to use a weight gainer to hit my macros, because my minimum caloric intake to exceed what I use on average every day is 3800-3900. I try my best to get at least 4000 calories everyday, however, sometimes an event will come up, and I'll be unable to hit the mark on those days. Anyway, I just wanted to post my progress so far for others who have always been a skeletor like me, so they can see that if you try hard enough, you can make the gains you want. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon; I'm addicted to the gym now.
Sorry for the lighting in my after pic--there's no overhead light in my room over here, so I use Christmas lights as my only source :-/
Also, on my bodyspace, I have quite a few more pictures as well as my measurements.
I don't have enough posts to imbed the pics into my post, so you'll have to click the links. I appreciate the comments good and bad, thanks.
Edit: I'm on the left in the "before" picture.Last edited by beavebsu; 03-07-2013 at 01:33 PM. Reason: Forgot to mention I am on the left in the "before" pic!

This thread is awesome! Everyone has made KILLA progress & should be proud!
Here is mine over a little more than 2 yrs (I think, but am not totally sure of the date on the left pic). I was 41 on the left & was lifting but with a CRAPPY diet. I'm 44 on the right after I worked on fixing my diet & my lifting form. I really wish I would have worked on my diet when I was younger! Diet is #1
I was just under 150 in left pic. and 165-ish in the right pic.Last edited by theonlyant; 03-08-2013 at 08:34 AM. Reason: Included weight approximations

Here goes nothing. Lowest weight in these pics is about 125. I'm about 160 now!!
Theyre not in order, but a keen eye can figure it out chronologically.

Ignore the woman in the before picture. I haven't really been able to get into a bulk or build phase yet just because life has been busy. But I've been able to put on some lean body mass I feel?

My transformation.
This is over about a year and a half of somewhat consistent training. I wish I had pictures from the peak of my bulk where I got up to 197 lbs! I was carrying a good amount of bodyfat, but have never been stronger. I've been focusing on leaning out now and trying to maintain muscle.
