obviously was alot younger. i am 23 now. i started working out in 2007.

Newbie gains <3
i've been working out for no more than 2-2 1/2 months ! i started at 121 lbs and reached 143 in 2 months, i know 143 aint much for a 5.9-6ft tall guy but it's still better than 121lbs :P i don't know if you guys can see dem gains but i'm pretty proud with what i've achieved in that short period of time ^^ (i don't have a pic of when i started, but i have an older one, and that's exactly how thin i was when i started) so far so good ?

to be completely honest my diet is one big mess atm... i just eat alot (both junk and healthy) and drink my Mammoth2500 1-2 times a day for some extra calories :P i didnt really follow a program, every time in the gym was different so was alot of variation xP last few weeks i've been on Supaturks program (: increased like a mad man in strenght !

Norwegian genetics ftw haha ? nah but newbie gains + alot of food seems to work... im in lack of cash so i don't eat chicken and rice every day... i eat what i can get (: so it seems to me like Fancy expensive as he!! diets is just buulshiz :P Oatmeal does the trick imo haha ^^

Well done to all!
I think I started out weighing around 60kg
2 operations later...
I now weigh 76kg. Happy with the results, just need to cut down from 12%bf to 8%bf and I will be happy with my journey so far.
