This is me after about 3 months are hard lifting. I really want to develop my chest more as I see that as a bit of a weak-point. I would love any tips on that or other aspects.

I feel like the chest and the biceps are my hardest factor. I am considering just upping the frequency I work on them in a week and trying to up my caloric intake. Hopefully that will prove to show results. Maybe there is just some ancient Chinese secret we missed. Nah. Haha.

I wasn't really trying to, that is just how everything was coming in. Haha. I got a little bit bigger but I managed to keep my already 5% body fat percentage. I am really trying to bulk up now but I may have ended up cutting more due to my diet. Abs kinda suck with a birdo chest. Haha.

roughly 3 months, a bit less (few days).
From July (this year) at 170 pounds to October 210 pounds. - about the same body fat i would guess, a bit less now if anything
Currently at 213 (3 pound gain from Oct 6th) - but I'm plateuing off the quick gains, however my strength is currently still shooting up.

You are 100% right PG, I've realized that having a proper kitchen makes a GIANT difference in hitting my nutrition goals. Damit, time to move apartments again...
n4s those are brilliant results! What is your target for Year 2? Your pic makes me want to lift heavier today. You can't grow if you don't burn.
