There has been a few photos in between these ones posted, which you can see from my other photos on my profile. But this is from the start and to the current. Though I have trained throughout this period, my diet wasn't sorted and neither my workout.
Only the last year, year and half have I taken it seriously. Still currently a student, graduate in July so once that is done I will have more time to focus on diet.
Still plenty to do, attempted my first real bulk this winter with the goal not to increase BF by too much and now recently ive been reducing calories to begin my cut.
Any feedback is welcomed cheers fellas.

Hi Guys,
Wow! This thread is so inspiring to read. Makes me want to get out and lift some weights !
I'm still in the skinny stage though I hope to post a decent massive picture of myself in the next 6 to 12 months from today.
If some want to show their moral support or shower me with their BBing wisdom while I undergo my transformation from Bruce Banner into the Hulk, add me
I mean, it'd be awesome to get advice and support from people who have been where I am now.
Again, thank you for the inspiration !

are you kidding me? how the hell is that possible in 2 and a half months??? thats a very significant increase in muscle mass and an EPIC reduction in bodyfat. what's that from 25% to 6%?
I just don't understand.. how? :O what kind of routine/diet? how could you gain so much muscle and lose so much fat in such a short amount of time?

putka - I did the 12 week hardcore trainer series hosted by Kris Gethin. It was exactly what I needed, not easy at all but well worth it. Check it out if you're looking for a training routine. 2 sessions of cardio and 1 training session each day. Lifting is different always so your body is always guessing.
I also was competing in the ON 100K challenge hosted by bb.com so I went as hard as I could. No diet cheats, no oil, no nuts, no dairy, no booze... you get the idea. I just followed what Kris said to do and this was my result.

I didn't take any good photos before I started just over a year ago, really regret it now. I can only give you my word that I was a 120lb 5ft 7 ******* who looked like a bag of skin and bones. Now weigh 165lbs.
First photo is 6 months in with a pump, as you can see I'm so lean I couldnt have been eating enough still. 2nd photo was taken today, no pump.
Also today
Not the best lighting or posing, damn cameraphone makes it hard, but shows some definition

7 weeks of progress
I started out at 205 now at 196. Lifting 3 times a week, doing HIIT cardio 2 to 3 times a week and eating clean. Taking a whey protein after lifts.
According to my fat caliper I started out at 15.5% body fat reading my chest, abs and thigh in the before pic and I am at 10% in the After. People who are able to eye ball BF I am curious to know where you guys think I am in these pics
Thanks

On monday I do chest & tricep, tuesday rest ,wednesday biceps & shoulders, thursday rest, friday legs, back & abs, then sat, sun rest. I target my daily calorie intake to around -3000 calories. Take around 150g of protein per day. And I am taking ON's Serious Mass, 1 heaped scoop on workout days and 1/2 scoop on rest days. What do you do ?
