Its been about 8 months of heavy lifting and lots of eating.

Started at 125lbs, now 148lbs, comments appreciated, cheers
No idea about bf%, would be interested though in knowing?

First off thanks, yeah I just thought this thread would benefit all of us

Anyway dude, you have made some really good progress. I can definite see improvement overrall, I like the delts/chest not bad man, keep going. It seems to me you kept your BF% really low too. Congrats, in the next years time you will be huge keep going buddy.

Last year 3 months of training. from 158lbs to 193lbs (If I remember correctly)

Hey Bodyhard, not bad, not bad at all. YOu have done a preety damn good job only for 3 months. Is that a bloated gut or have u packed on alot of fat. I would consider some cutting if its fat, but I may be mistaking if its just a bloat.

But none the less fantastic job

Man I have seen some great transformation so far well done people.

thanks bro, that was last summer in the picture, im not sure about bf% .. i got it checked about 3 months ago and it was 9.6%. My stats are :
5.8"* 185lbs* Max Bench-295lbs*Max Squat-425lbs*Max Deadlift -335lbs* Dumbell curl - 85lbs .. gonna post vid of that tonight =)

I knew it were'nt fat, it just looked like a water bloat. BUT DAMN! In 3 months thats a great transformation must have some killer genetics. YOu seem to have kept the BF really low too.

Hey nice work Icepack. You seem to have kept that BF low while bulking, many ppl fail to do that, good job.

I would say you need to work on that back, its looking great but you could always go harder

Well the 1st 2 of me were 2002 and the last 2 are me now. 1st 2 i weighed 130lb and the last 2 i weigh 170lbs in. Poundage increase but not as much mass gain as i wish.
