IMO that is...
x-factor + activate extreme
no-shotgun - pre
sizeon - intra
cytogainer - post
lean mass mrp - in between
Up 2.0 /w scoop of cottage cheese (cuz thats how i roll) - bedtime
no multi, no fish oil, and while some may crap their pants, i think theyre unecessary.
thoughts?

ya
for bulking if your willing to spend about 300plus a month on supplements.Im all for supplements but your 155 taking all that your body is going to get huge and just letting you know your going to get bad stretch marks. I would take out the cytogainer and activate extreme. Just keep the x factor size on and no shotgun.

Which flavor 2.0 do you use? I just picked up some cottage cheese yesterday and planned on trying that combo.
BTW, that stack really gets a 4/10 from me.HALEO Lead Forum Representative

I don't see why you need that many supplements. When I was younger, I was hooked on fat burners, and I ended up in the hospital with my blood pressure 190/110. Putting that many things in your body could really mess some stuff up, and you only get one heart.
I would just use a pre supp like Caffeine Free Ragnarok and the Up 2.0 /w scoop of cottage cheese post. Just my $0.02

How are you going to recommend him eat 4-5000cal a day when you know nothing about the type of traing he does, body type, or any other factors. I mean come on...sure if he eat's 4-5000cal per day he's gonna gain weight but I think what he wants to put on is 10lbs of muscle over 3 months instead of 10 pounds of fat.

I could imagine it is rough dealing with that injury and watching yourself "deflate" daily. I used to buy a ton of supps, but I was my biggest when I kept things real simple and basic. I stalled around for a while with a ton of supps (I could have posted in that stash thread), but I don't even get down with that stuff nowadays.
Edit - How did you get injured?HALEO Lead Forum Representative
