Which of these multivitamins would you prefer

Im leaning towards the opti-men because its serving size is 2 pills so i could take one in the morning and one after working out. If yall know of any other good multivitamin let me know, but im mainly interested in these two. Im using centrum performance vitamins right now but want something else.

If your filthy rich I would go with Animal Pak, otherwise the AST works great. Remember though it has iron in it so you may not like it.

unfortunately im not. animal pak didnt look that appealing to me though, because its 22 packs / serving. Thats too many for me to want to take i think

You didn't compare anything. 1 animal pak has more b-vitamins than ADAM, the b vitamins are extremely important.

Alright, looks like ill buy NOW adam because of all the positive responses. Do you all think taking 1 pill in the morning and 1 after workout is the best way to go?
