Find some Nolva.
You can run Nolva at 60mg on day 1-3 then you drop down to 40mg for the rest of week 1 and 2 then 20mg week 3 and 4. At that Nolva dose, I would also be running an AI like Anastrozole or Letro at a low dose. If nothing has changed by week 4 then it is not going to work.
Raloxifene is a much better Nolva replacement for gyno reduction but not for a pct.

I had a bad case of delayed gyno after a sd cycle. After 1.5 months of taking 4ml per day of tamox (20mg/ml) I still had it bad. I added in 1.25 mg letro eod and after 3 doses I backed it to every 3rd day for a while then dropped the doseage more until I wasn't taking any. The two together worked while the tamox only wasn't cutting it at all.

Nolva wont do shii once you have the gyno, so scrap that idea. Use lettrozole but remember that it's hit or miss. lettro is the strongest A.I you will find, comes in 2.5mg pills. Look up some dosing protocols but don't stay on too long as you can have achy joints and estrogen rebound if levels drop too low.

your problem is actually the fat around the nipple its not really gyno ... dont use letro for this. loose more weight bro. its your only hope that or get some lipo around the nipple.. ive had the same deal from childhood you can try high dose turmeric for daily supplement at 3-6 grms per day it will help make the puffies go away or at least not puff out so bad.
