Lean body mass. As in you had plenty under the bodyfat and you shredded it well.
Perfect cutting cycle, well done. Any tips would be great

Tautology (rhetoric)
Jump to: navigation, search
In rhetoric, a tautology is an unnecessary (and usually unintentional) repetition of meaning, using different words that effectively say the same thing twice (often originally from different languages). It is often regarded as a fault of style and was defined by Fowler as "saying the same thing twice". It is not necessary for the entire meaning of a phrase to be repeated; if a part of the meaning is repeated in such a way that it appears as unintentional or clumsy, then it may be described as tautology. On the other hand, a repetition of meaning which improves the style of a piece of speech or writing is not usually described as tautology, although it may be a logical tautology.
In colloquial terms a logical tautology can also be defined as a series of statements that comprise an argument, which statements are constructed in such a way that the truth of the proposition is guaranteed. Consequently the statement conveys no useful information regardless of its length or complexity. Thus, for a simple example, the statement "if you can't find something (that you lost), you are not looking in the right place" is tautological. It is also true, but conveys no useful information. As a physical example, to play a game of darts where the dart board was full of bullseyes, could be called a "tautological" game. You can't lose. Any argument containing a tautological statement is thus flawed logically and must be considered erroneous.
A tautological argument is not an argument; a tautological game is not a game. Mathematical equations, such as e = mc2, are not tautologies. The terms on both sides of the equation are defined elsewhere independently, and thus the equal sign does not mean "is defined by" but rather equal to, thus establishing an equivalence."Testosterone levels peak during a man's late 20's but decline soon after, decreasing about 1.5 percent per year after age 30. "

Holy Crap!
Those are really, really, really impressive results thus far.
How is your strength holding up?
As far as Napalm goes, I would definitely give it a shot. A lot of people were skeptical, but nearly everyone who has tried is has gotten great results.Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. Really, the only time I get hungry is right after the gym, but my protein shake takes care of that. I feel more energized now than I have ever been. My strength is also going up, This morning I pumped out 3 sets of 10 reps Flat dumbbell bench press, using 75lbs per arm. Felt great!! I think other people in the gym were looking at me. I'm only 5'6 so those 75 pound dumbbells looked funny in my hands. I can't wait to see the results after the full 12 weeks following your program!!

Good job man, I had been waiting on you to post some more pics. I'm about to start the 12 future physique workout next Monday. I'm going to do the Anabolic diet as well. I really haven't bulked up though b/c my bodyfat is already high, I'll go on a bulking phase after I get my body fat down. Glad to see it worked for you and maybe it will work for me. I may start a thread or bump yours to post my progress once I get started. I may need to add your cardio to what I had planned. Also let me know how the napalm is working.

Thanks!,
I was hoping to get that napalm already, guess it will come today.(Tuesday)
I'll def keep posting the pictures. And I hope this is just what I need to help speed up the fat loss around the mid section.
Also Monday I added in the Tribex and will cycle this 5 days on 2 days off. Plan on using this for the last 6 weeks of the cut. Hoping to maintain or possibly add a bit of clean muscle to this whole thing.June 5th 2015 5'6" 190 pounds @ 18.5% body Fat

Added the Napalm this morning after my shower, before the gym 3:30AM. I used 2 pumps, and it has a cooling sensation. Lasted almost my whole workout. Also notices my mid section turn a little red after 2 mins. Was weird!! Well I hope this stuff works, even just a little. I plan on applying 2 times a day until I run out.

Great job with the progress and the progress pics. I have been taking pics for a year now and it really its great to look back over them. Changes seem so subtle until you look at pictures. Keep up the good work.
