Right now I am taking:
Multi
Fish and Flax
Green Tea
Protein (ON for now)
Xceed
I was thinking of adding GlycerGrow or Xtend, to drink during/post workout... Which would be better?
Also are there any other essentials I am missing?

I am very happy with Xceed, and will post a review on it in a week or so. I don't think it is fair to judge one way or another until atlest 10 days after I start on a product. However so far it appears it will be a great review... such a solid product, for such a great price, too bad it is not more recognized.

However I was hoping someone could lead me toward the better overall product. I am not taking any other BCAA, so maybe Xtend is neccesary? However if it isn't, then I sure would like additional Cell Volumization. I assume it would still be beneficial/safe to stack GG with xceed...
