Right now I am taking:
Multi
Fish and Flax
Green Tea
Protein (ON for now)
Xceed
I was thinking of adding GlycerGrow or Xtend, to drink during/post workout... Which would be better?
Also are there any other essentials I am missing?

I'm not knocking GlycerGrow, but I would personally go with the Xtend over it. Although, I'm sure GG is a good product itself. I'm just a fan of the BCAA's. I just wish I could afford them. The Xceed looks very nice though.Originally Posted by bosox1362

I am very happy with Xceed, and will post a review on it in a week or so. I don't think it is fair to judge one way or another until atlest 10 days after I start on a product. However so far it appears it will be a great review... such a solid product, for such a great price, too bad it is not more recognized.

if your bulking go with GG. your getting bcaa from your protein anyway and i think the cell volumization of GG will help your bulk. good luck
