    reverse curls

    Well I do these maybe once a week sometimes once every 2 weeks but when I do them theres a cracking sound in my elbow every time and its getting annoying plus it feels funny. Should I stop or what?
    5' 10"
    165 lbs

    Biceps - 13.5"
    Calves - 14.5"
    Foream - 11.5"
    Waist - 33"
    Legs - 23"

    Max Bench - 160 x 1.
    Max Squat - 248 x 1. (10lb jump from last month)

    Reverse curls are better done with a EZ bar, easier on the wrists and elbows.

    Personally i prefer prefer preacher curls and concetration curls to hit the upper forearm and bracilias and do normal barbell or EZ bar curls

    i've done reverse curls and found they hurt my wrist and i couldnt go heavy. so i done hammer curls instead they are awsume.
