serious question, why isn't there any successfull white Rb in the NFL?

I mean what is it? I think it might be the white athletes who know they have the potential to make it pros, don't wanna risk trying to play one of the most physically demanding position and be successful at it.

very few white skill position guys out their I dunno why... I cant think of a white cornerback off the top of my head at all... and only 2 or 3 white runningbacks, and a handful of recievers... dont know why though...

Brian Leonard was a fullback in college. Used him as both because he had good speed. Hes a tailback in pro now. The rb for whitewater at d3 this year holds ncaa rushing records. hes really good. doubt hes got the size for pro. hes got the heart tho

Not trying to be steriotypical, there are always exceptions to the rule, but from what i see, Cacausian players,I feel, maybe due to the fact that most do not play against "amazing" athletes on a regular basis like they would in a prodominantly black leauge, dont get aquainted with playing at a very "fast" game until college. IMHO in most cases, white athletes see sucess because of the extra work they put in, or having exceptional football "IQ", an Alex Gonzalez, one of my favorite players by the way, was undoubtedly blessed with superior athletic ability, but to have the sucess that he is having, he had to use that incredible IQ he has and he undoubtedly put in more work in the weightroom then maybe a Ted Ginn, for example. but like i said earlier there are ALWAYS exceptions.

Now when you look at the running back position, you could argue that that position has some of the best athletes possibly in the world. to be a running back in the nfl, you have to usually have 4.4 speed, 5'10 to about 6'2 usually over 210 with a pretty low bodyfat and have extremely agile. it is just not common to find that combination of size and speed among white athletes. and I think, when there is a great caucasian athlete, they realize, hey, unfair as it might be, these big schools are probably not going to recruit me at the running back position and ill have a better shot if i try for a different position.

But that is just my guess

danny woodhead from chadron state is one of the pro hopefuls on d2football.com he is 5'8" 194 lbs. and his best 40 was a 4.37.

Well he's not a RB but Wes Welker led the NFL in receptions this year.. And Nick Goings was pretty good a couple years ago at Carolina

Not saying that the OP does, but the color of your skin does not make or break you as an athlete. It doesn't matter what the VJB or anybody else says; everyone has to work just as hard to be a pro caliber type player.

my favorite college player he's a tank with a what? 500lb hang clean lol and he's broken like 9 other players facemasks in his career... Sam Mcguffe will be converted to a receiver I gurantee you that.

The white skill position in football is a dying position, most white guys are linebackers, and offensive lineman, and maybe a few defensive linemen.
