    abs and push-ups everyday?overtraining?

i was told that you can do abs everyday cuz they recover quickly and also that you could do push-up everday as long as you dont do em on the day before, the day of, and the day after a tri/chest day.....is all this true

doing push ups every day is not gonna get you anywhere man, just stick to benching on chest day

abs are just like every other muscle, i dont really see why people go add training them 7x a week...i would say 3x a week at most is all you should do because not only will they be getting hit through your direct ab workout but through your heavy compounds as well

yeah, psuh ups are fine to do every day because you're only lifting a small percentage of your weight. It'd be like benching 50 lbs.

Ive always kind of been under the impression that a pushup was more of a conditioning exercise for your body. Like a tone exercise rather than a build exercise.
