Hi All,
First post/thread here and need some advice about protein sources for a vegetarian. I currently consume egg whites, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, whey protein powder and low fat paneer as my protein source. I've tried tofu and tempeh, but i disliked them.
Can anyone suggestion any other proteins that I should try?
Please and thank you!

I'm a strict lacto-vegetarian.
For me, the protein staples are:
Peanut Butter
Milk/Cheese
Beans
These are the primary food options. You can make some awesome soup with a bean base. Garbanzo beans + potatoes + whatever else you want to put into it makes a great soup.
Other great options are:
Whole wheat (bread / spaghetti)
Brown rice
And many others. With this diet I'm able to consistently hit my daily protein goal.
EDIT: Don't forget your fruits and veggies!
