    Point taken, but don't worry guys. Not a chance that I will lose enthusiasm. I just had a little more work and a little less forum time this week Even though the weight has been a little constant this week, I've lost about a quarter inch on my waist.

    Not quite running on a full tank today, but I got the squats so thats all that really matters. I'll take my weight in the morning hopefully after a full night's sleep.

    This may be a dumb question, but were the past two days totally off days, or was cardio performed?

    Pappasito's, PF Chang's, .... Double Dave's, but I can honestly say I did not gorge myself once (well, I did eat nearly a pound of beef fajita but it was a couple hours after upperbody lifting). That the beauty of moderate self-control after dieting, those two slices and one pepperonni roll were a feast. Let's just say I'm refreshed and ready to severely limit caloric intake these last few weeks.

    Sorry for the lack of updates guys. Last week was hell on earth, but I survived .. hopefully. I ate at or above maintenence calories last week so I won't expect any weight change. I worked full-body last friday, it was really nice. I was sore all weekend.
