    Seriously man, I can't wait to start this stuff. I would have loved to use it for my cut, but it gets a little expensive once you add in BCAA's, sesamin, and other cut supplements.

    1 More month, and I'll be the proud owner of the NHA+ lean xtreme stack for my bulk

    Day 20 Workout

    I forgot to take my Body Weight upon waking this morning Today's workout is a make-up for yesterday. My wife passed her candidacy exam, so we needed to celebrate.

    Today's Total Workout Time: 30 minutes
    Leg Circuits:
    Leg Press: 20 X 250 ,15 X 300 ,12 X 350, 8 X 400, 6 X 450
    Rotary Calves: 20 X 100, 15 X 120, 12 X 140, 10 X 160, 8 X 180
    Leg Ext.: 20 X 40, 15 X 60, 10 X 80, 8 X 100 , 6 X 120
    Ham Curls: 20 X 40, 15 X 60, 12 X 80, 10 X 100, 8 X 120

    Nice Workout overall. This is the first time my hams have outperformed my quads. Some of that could have been from leg press though. I acheived +5 pounds on my calves and ham exercises from last, so most of these set are records or near records.

    Like Dawn, sometimes a want to throw my Tanita scale out the window. I ate carbohydrates with every meal this weekend, and measured quite low in both weight and BF early this week. I ate like a gerbil yesterday and weigh in higher today... go figure.

    I always weigh before I do anything. So cardio shouldn't make too much of a difference the next day.
