How's this for a weight gainer?

My biggest problem is getting enough calories. I eat a healthy diet high in protein and have a good supplement stack going but the calories is really hindering my progress so I came up with this. Let me know what you think of it.

    Skim milk
    Banana
    1 scoop nitro-tech
    peanut butter
    Kashi go-lean cereal
    All in a blender

    So how's it look?

pretty tasty to me. usually i add some ice cream or half and half into mine for extra calories. tweak around a bit and see what suits you. you can also add some vanilla extract.

But nutrient wise do I have everything covered for building mass? My goal is to build mass while keeping fat to a minimum. I know this is a lofty goal and I'm going to have to put on some fat but I'm trying to keep my diet as healthy as possible while trying to get enough calories. The chicken and tuna I eat throughout the day just doesn't have enough.

nutrient wise, yes you do. you basically covered it all, fats, protein, carbs.
