I fired up my phat 3 wheeled trike with a big roaaar.....
I had everything I needed in the back-pack...liftingbelt, gym shoes, a bottle of red-kick...
& ofcourse my yellow sunglasses.

I was getting fired up when I crused through town...
I could feel the Therma-pro capsules slowly kicking in...Damned...
I mean this wasnt just an ordinary day..after all it was LEG DAY !

When I got to the gym I could see that my training partner for that day was already there.
He was sitting with his back against me...I noticed his familiar shaved head
& his wide shoulders hiding under his huge XXXL shirt.
He was sipping some coffe & turned around when he heard me, opened his big grin & said-
"There you are sucker! Today I gonna make ya puke Zone!!! "
"I sure hope you do, that is your job...thats why you are here bro!" I answered.

After warming up we went straight to the smith-machine for some all out smith-machine squats.
We warmed up slowly..getting the feel of the movement.

Now we were hitting 450lbs....sweat were poring down my bald head...
I could feel the taste of salty sweat in my mouth..
I was focused..

Tom Platz once said that your life passes in front of your eyes when you realy know how to squat..
I know he was right... so I said a prayer, crossed myself, tighted my belt & started the first rep...

It felt like a hammer banging me to the ground...
I felt no pain & I knew the weight had to go up..so with full power I raised it... & it was easy!
"One more MOTHER ****ER!!! & BREATHE!!!"
I felt the power in my whole body!..
Nothing could stop me now!
It was easy..I was in the zone!!!!

"C`MON SUCKER CANT STOP AT SIX ITS A BAD OMEN!..UP..UP !!!!"
I had to make atleast one more..I had to...
I was drenched in sweat..& while looking into the mirror I couldnt recognize myself...
I was in a daze..even thru my yellow sunglasses I could see that my eyes were
dark red & veins where spreading like snakes all over my head...
Dont know how but I was up again !!!

ONE MORE JUST FOR THE HELL OF IT!!!!!
I was fearing death..this wasnt funny anymore...
I didnt even breathe anymore..my heart had stopped..

But......

I had to try...we all gonna die anyway..life is only temporary...
"BE A WARRIOR!!!!!"
It felt like my whole body was going to explode as I went down again..
My senses were gone.. I felt nothing...
I could only see a shadow in the mirror slowly raising up again & everything went dark...

Suddenly I was back...I was lying on the gym floor, gasping for air.
My heart were speeding so fast...still I couldnt breathe...I was nauseous...
But I was back..I had done it!
8 reps with 450lbs..thats good...I had done it...

I was so nauseous & in so much pain..
And everything ....EVERYTHING.... was good !!!
