    Tapila question.

    anyone know how many caloires are in this fish. i know its fairly lean, but i looked it up on fiday, calorieking, and nutritiondata and cant come up with the caloric content of it?? anyone have an idea for me?

    raw dude, i know tilapia in and out, i'm eating a lb a day cause they had 1.5 lb bags on sale for 3.21 at the giant eagle, sometimes i'll eat a whole bag in a day and get some eggs+milk and thats my protein lol. How are you cooking it? I like to steam it, but if you need the extra calories roll it in oat flour or ww flour+lemon pepper and pan fry it in EVOO, so damn good.
