Right now I am at roughly 18% body fat. Today I will begin to lift with a partner who understands my goal and is going to work with me to achieve it. I am not really looking to lose that much weight but to eat healthy, lost fat and build muscle. I know people say that you shouldn't try to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time but I have seen it done with great success so I am going to try and put all the myths aside and try it, so far it has worked. I will find out today what our split is going to be and I will also post my diet here everyday for the full 2.5 months.

Day 1
Ok I was going to start this on friday however certain things did not let me do this so today is Day one of my 2.5 months of hell..lol.. Today I will be doing legs here is my schedule for today including classes because i'm still in school. Right now I am taking Andro Nitrate4 Fuel, Xyience NOX CG3, Fish Oil,Flax Seed Oil. These are the supps I will be taking during this stretch. Until I can Afford Gakic and Leukic. Thanks for your support guys i'm gonna need it..

Day 2
Today I weighed myself and i was very dissapointed. I got up to 195 and to be honest with you i know why. I have not been eating very clean and it has finally pissed me off to the point of never wanting to eat anything bad again for the rest of my life. so here is what i have done lifting and eating so far today.
7:30: 10 minutes cardio run walk until i get my endurance up again. then i did some bicep work and lateral raises until i felt a twinge in my neck so i stopped. after my workout i had a MT nitro tech RTD..then i went to class and had lunch at 10:30. I had a salad with a little ranch dressing, cottage cheese and some pasta salad. then i had a protein smoothy with Bananas, strawberries, orange juice and 2 scoops of protein. All depending on how my neck feels i might workout again later today. My ultimate goal would be to get to 165 by June 1. I am definatley going to eat right and get in the gym to make this a reality.

Yeah i have been either walking or riding the bike on most days. Also i didn't mention the Ranch Dressing was low fat and also it's just like a teaspoon of dressing just to give it a little flavor. Today I again had my protein shake for breakfast and for lunch i had a salad like before and now I am having my smoothie. For my afternoon snack I will probably have a Grilled Chicken salad with no dressing. Since hurting my neck i have not been in the gym just because I do not want to hurt it anymore than it is right now. I will probably resume lifting on monday to make sure i am at 100%..
