Which one do you think is more cost efficient? If you only consider unit cost, then the egg whites from whole eggs are cheaper then the already separated ones. On the other hand, by separating them yourself you are adding value, and depending on how much your time costs, it may turn out to be more expensive this way.
One thing to pay attention to is if you drink raw egg whites you also need to be taking in some biotin, so you may want to drink an egg yolk or two also. Don't forget that raw egg protein is only about half as bio-available as cooked egg proteins, so you will need to be consuming twice as much. Finally, drinking raw eggs may give you horrific farts.
From my experience with raw egg whites, I'd say you're better off sucking it up and cooking them.
