I've been downing a glass of diet A & W after each serving of delicious & delectable glutamine peptides.....the root beer does a pretty good job of killing the taste of the peptides btw.
I'm slightly worried that the carbonation of the soda would screw up the absorption of the peptides though,does anyone know for sure?

I suggest you mix it either with a protien shake or fresh juice, they really work!

The only time I taste glutamine is when I take it with water. Juice or a protein shake masks the taste pretty good.

I thought you meant if you could use glut. peptides to mask the taste of diet soda. LOL!!! I don't think that would work too well.

I scoop mine into the protein and mix it together (with different proteins) before dumping it into the blender.
