im 15 and im having problems takeing in calories, im not too sure what to eat and what is best for me!...ive tried many things but i seem like my powerlifting is not getting me anywhere.i weigh about 155, and i bench 215 ,clean 215, deadlift 500, and squat 255, is there any suggestions that you could give me to help me out on some big gains... i only have until june to make the weightlifting wall...

If you're talking about a weighlifting wall at your school-a place were coaches post athletes lifts-you should be able to get on said wall if you deadlift 500 lbs. I can't believe there are a whole lot of high school kids at any given school who can dead more than that.
take in 1-1.25 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and lots of good clean foods like those listed in an earlier post.
