can someone give me a new back workout that would totally shock my back muscles right now i am doing barbell rows 3 sets (i sometimes rotate barbell rows with deadlifts but my back has been giving me a awful time so i haven't done deadlifts for about 3 weeks now ) dumbell rows 3 sets machine rows 3 sets lat pulldowns 3 sets . i just need a back workout that would totally shock my back

Try prone incline dumbell rows. Also, do something out of the ordinary like doing 50 reps with a somewhat light weight, or any intensity teqniques like strip sets or pause reps.
