I recently switched isolates from BSL to gf-pro. I just tried my gf-pro for the first time yesterday (vanilla flavor) and the mixability is terrible.
I have used both a shaker bottle and a blender and every time it comes out thick like protein pudding and I can't even drink it. I have tried 1 scoop with 8-16oz of water and it is still the same.
Is this normally how gf-pro is? Any suggestions?

warm water helps, or a blender.

Yeah, I've tried the blender and it really wan't any better. It is a problem because post-w/o I just want to down the shake and not have to worry about "eating" it with a spoon.Originally Posted by Slatedwarm water helps, or a blender.

I haven't had GF pro in a while but I can tell you if you want a good mixing protein the Nectar I have found mixes really good. Plus the taste is close to gf pro.
