    AMP on empty stomach

A lot of stuff I've read says to take on an empty stomach. How do you get a pre workout meal then??

Should I wake up, take AMP, wait 15-20 mins then eat, then train 1 hour later???

    Any ideas?

eat, wait an hour , take amp , lift would be my opinion...and dont eat a huge ass meal either.

personally, with my college class/lifting schedule, i generally take supps 60min before lifting, than drink a protein shake right before and im cool. i also avoid eating a 'heavy' meal prior to lifting/supplement scheduling

i take amp with my preworkout protein shake immediately before lifting and still get geared up off it

    anyone else got any feedback.

I'm not too keen on training without eating for 2+ hours, also I read some people get good results after eating carbs after taking AMP.

Take it 1 1/2 or 2 hours before then. The buzz would last if it were me.
I'm guessing Amp is water soluble and absorbes better on an empty stomach without interferance. But then again I'm no PA...
Where did I put that PA symbol? (it is kinda like a Bat symbol without the bat)
