Arm weakness w/ RT Elbow pain and RT shoulder pain

6 months ago, for some reason, my rt elbow/anterior, started hurting, followed by my rt shoulder. I had no stregth in my rt arm at all I went frm curling 50 to not even getting up 20. Tried to power through it but nada.

Now I'm rested and my strength has returned.

How do I prevent this? What the freaks the deal?

    Any neck tightness or pain?

Could be a pinched cervical nerve.
