I know you add alot of knowledge and experience to this section and many here like myself appreciate it but in all honesty linking each plyometric display with a youtube vid of someone correctly doing it would be so much more awesome! You got five minutes to do just that before the negging ensues.

Whats funny is I dont even give a damn about 40 yd dashes/verticals/plyos, etc as Im 34 and will never incorporate any of those into my WO....and because of you Farz you make me sound like I know what Im talking about to my son in regards to all this... that little bastard better appreciate all this Im doing for him
EDIT: Disregard the above..coach Farz is the man, thank you for once again taking the time..

Farzamk,
There seems to be an infinite number of plyometric exercises possible. As a beginner who has never done plyometric training, which plyo exercises would you recommend as the most beneficial when just starting out?
Also, which of your speed/max velocity workouts would you recommend for a sprinting newbie? Thanks.
