First of all, does skim milk contain water? Second, How much water is in a cup of skim milk? Im wondering if I start drinking a bit more skim milk throughout the day if I need to maintain the same amount of water intake or how much I can reduce my water intake by because of the extra milk now. Thanks.

Thanks for posting this. According to your link, Baarat is right on the money with 90.84G water/100G SKIM Milk....so 90.84% Water.
For reference I averaged the figures for each type from that link:
Whole - 87.7% water
2% - 88.4% water
1% - 89.5% water
Skim - 90.4% water

Sometimes I wonder if people really just don't know about that site or are just too lazy to use it. I would have thought that everyone knew about it and usually assume they are being lazy and starting a thread for the sake of it. So Usually I'll post some flippant comment, but sometimes, like today, I don't feel like being an ass.
Glad to be of help.
It has a lot of other good info too, like fat breakdown and amino acid profile. For the fats, the following table is useful to convert from scientific notation to common names
