    shopping for abs

Im going on a diet in the goals of getting a 6 pack, what foods out their that can be eaten on the go say like at school or work but would not interfere with my goals. What cereals would be good and what drinks.
would natural peanut butter and ot sugarfree jelly work? What other delicous food substitutes are good, brands would be helpful thanks

Well whenever I'm out of my house/apartment I try to mainly stick to meat like chicken, turkey, ham, or whatever they serve at the cafe in school. Then I load up a plate full of green veggies, and a few carrots/jalapenos/yellow peppers to feel full.

Natty PB is great, but don't overdo it.

Stay away from white breads/pastas when at school.

I wouldn't eat cereals as a habit, especially not sugary ones, but if you have to stick to like Special K or plain Cheerios. Yes boring, but you want abs right?

Basically when I'm not in my room I try to go as low carb as I can, and I've read that is a smart thing to do.

Hope that helps a bit bud.

get all your cereal and pasta's and breads in early in the day (before 4ish) and then try to stick to green veggies as your carb source or fruit i guess.
