I am 5'11, 150 lbs, bf% 14-16. Now I want my abs to be noticeable (get a 6 pack) so that means I need to go on a cuttign diet to lose more fat, so my abs show up more, correct?
Now for this I am planning on going on a good clean cutting diet, and working out 5 times a week (1 hour long sessions.) What should be my calories intake? I am planning of 1 gram of protein per pound, and like 15% fat and the rest carbs. Is that a good diet? Just looking for general advice. Thanks.
