Could anyone help me out total these calories for each meal and a grand total, or point me to a calculator for these foods? Ball park total would be fine.
meal 1. 2 whole eggs. 1 cup oats
meal 2. turkey sandwich w/ whole wheat bread
meal 3. roast beef sandwich w/ whole wheat bread, apple
meal 4. canned salmon, portion of rice
meal 5. whey shake, 1 cup oats, banana
meal 6. 2 portion meat, 2 portion of carb, salad (dinner mom makes)
meal 7. peanut butter on toast, bowl of cottage cheese
All meals with water, no milk. thanks. BTW im bulking at 150 lbs.

Why don't you read the nutritional facts? They are their for a reason.
