watsup guys....before i worked chest/back, tris/bis/shoulder, then legs..i've changed my workout to chest/tris, back/bis, shoulder, legs.....i've started to notice that i feel a little weaker..for what reasons would that be? i mean...i do 3 exercises for each body part..at max 4....reps ranges from 6-10....i dont know why..but lately, i've started to feel a little weaker, though i feel bigger, and more define...whats the deal?

take 4-7 days off, eat a crap load (clean).....rest your muscles..come back stronger than ever
If your worried about your stomach being too big...GET YOUR LATS AND CHEST BIGGER......end of story!!
