Well i recently got 135lbs of weights, two dumbells and one barbell. To keep me motivated and record progress im gonna start a workout log like everyone else.

Weight: 145 @ 16% fat

Workout Routine to be done at home until i can afford gym membershift, makeshift bench made out of furniture.
Yes you can say that, before i just did curls with two dumbells and 50lbs total of weight. Now im gonna try to get stronger until i get a gym member ship.
