    Cool Barbell and Dumbells home work out log =]

    Well i recently got 135lbs of weights, two dumbells and one barbell. To keep me motivated and record progress im gonna start a workout log like everyone else.
    Stats:
    Age:15
    Height: 5'7 inches
    Weight: 145 @ 16% fat
    Arm: 13" Dont know the other ones.

    Workout Routine to be done at home until i can afford gym membershift, makeshift bench made out of furniture.

    Monday
    Bench Press 4x6
    Dumbell Press 4x6
    Skull Crusher 4x6
    Close Grip Press 4x6
    Dumbell Press 4x6
    Lying Row 4x6

    Tuesday Break
    Abs + Forearm work.

    Wednesday
    Deadlift 4x6
    Bent over row 4x6
    Squat 4x6
    Calf raise 4xFailure
    Shrugs 4x8

    Thursday Break
    Abs + Forearm work.

    Friday
    Bench Press 10x3
    Dumbell Press 4x6
    Skull Crusher 4x6

    Yes you can say that, before i just did curls with two dumbells and 50lbs total of weight. Now im gonna try to get stronger until i get a gym member ship.
