    ARMS / Dr. office visit

Got my bloodwork done this morning and I should get the results early next week.

I was back up to 200 lbs. today.
I did arms today, and the exercise of interest was a superset of skull crushers and close grip presses. After warming up, I did 3 sets like so:

135 x 8 skull crushers (needed a little help on the last one)
    x 8 close grip presses
    125 x 8 skull crushes
    x 8 close grip
125 x 8 skull crushers (needed help on last one)
x 6 close grip (I died out here)

I did two more tricep exercises, 3 bicep exercises, and 2 forearm movements and called it a day.

Hey whats up cardman... I'm documenting my major lifts of each exercise as of right now. I started with my chest workout last week so starting now there should be numbers that we can all compare to see if I'm making improvement or not.

Well I started this log approximately 15 days into diesel test/trib test. For whatever reasons, it didn't occur to me to do a log until the day I put this up. I should have the results back by tuesday or wednesday...

    BACK workout

I worked back today. I sort of mixed up my exercises and did some movements I hadn't done in some time, but one exercise that has been staple in my back is lat pull downs with this kick a$$ machine my gym has. I did that movement third today, and I maxed out the weight stack for my second and third sets. HELL YES!!!

I felt extremely strong and got a great pump in today's workout. I've got about another 6 days worth of trib test left, so I'm going to make the most of this week. Thanks everyone for noticing, and for those who are looking to try diesel test, if you stack it with trib test (like I did) you won't be disappointed.

I was weighing 196-197 on about Jan. 15th, and now I'm weighing 198-200, so I've put on 2-3 pounds in the past 15 days. I've hit a wall in my bulking... it's not coming easy to put on weight right now. I eat *EVERYTHING* I see, but I've put on 35 lbs. Since Oct. 1st, so naturally I'm going to plateau for some time. Strength is still increasing though, which always makes for fun workouts.

    Thumbs up Comparison ?

I've hit a wall in my bulking... it's not coming easy to put on weight right now. I eat *EVERYTHING* I see, but I've put on 35 lbs. Since Oct. 1st, so naturally I'm going to plateau for some time. Strength is still increasing though, which always makes for fun workouts.
Seems like you're a lot more excited about this cycle of products than with LG and getting much better benefits, e.g. your 200 lb weight goal. Now that you've hit that, what's next - 225 lbs.?

Good luck tviceman! IMHO, I think Chuck's products are solid, legit and surpass expectations many times over. He will be/is very successful in this business if he maintains his high quality standards, which I don't doubt that he will..........

BTW, I've been on an All Out Diesel stack and now just starting to get into the DT/RT phase of it. Took my first Diesel Test this morning. I certainly would like to add about 5-10 more lbs before starting my serious cutting phase around late March to early April. This would give me about 8-10 weeks to trim down the sculpture.......

No because DHEA doesnt have an anabolic effect on the body. It has to be converted into testosterone. If you take to much DHEA you will just have higher estrogen and testosterone, or it will get destroyed.

When you look at raw test as a standalone, you shouldnt be using it unless you are over 30 in the first place.

When you look at raw test stacked with DT then its part of a synergestic puzzle.

LOL yeah I won't deny the strength gains off of the legal gear stack, but man it just messed me up so bad I don't know if it would be worth it to do again. I'm going to keep bulking until April, at which point I will begin a long dieting (17 weeks) for my next competitions.

I've been reading through your journal since you've started it, and it looks like everyone who tries diesel stuff is happy everytime with the results.
